You will experience 8 all the Pfilates moves for you to choose which one is best for you.
Week 1 is 1hr 15mins due to the Pelvic floor anatomy explanation and how the other muscles in the body will work with the pelvic floor
What you get
Class recordings sent to you personally after each class. All recording available for up to 2 weeks after the course ends.
5 weeks 1 hour per week covering all 10 Pfilates exercises
Maximum 6 per class. In depth Pfilates training with endurance and pulse movements. Training in slow and fast twitch muscles.

Gaynor Morgan Advanced Pfilates Instructor and pelvic floor/ pessary expert offers 1:1 personal training with personal evaluation on prolapse and incontinence regarding pessary advice.
